Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing may take longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days from the date of shipment, in addition to the processing time above. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location, customs processing, carrier delays, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Order tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order ships. Some orders shipped via standard methods may have limited or no real-time tracking.
If you have not received your order within 30 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at merchants.rnr@gmail.com and we will look into it.
Shipping origin
Our products are shipped by third-party fulfillment partners and may ship from outside the United States.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Faz Clean's is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges applied by customs authorities. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Incorrect addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may be unable to reship it.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at merchants.rnr@gmail.com immediately with photographs of the item and its packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
